Breathwork Facilitator Training
Breathwork Facilitator training is for people who wish to offer the powerful therapeutic experience of breathing with others. This form of somatic healing requires a deep understanding of human trauma. In the course of the training, breathwork facilitators will learn about the nature of trauma, its types and how it is stored in the body. They will also learn about the energetics of breathwork sessions and the different approaches to group dynamics. Facilitators will also learn about how to create a safe space for breathwork.

Training includes a comprehensive reading list and a graduation project. The project may be a website, a podcast, or a series of artworks. In addition, breathwork facilitator trainees conduct 5 group sessions and complete a self-evaluation of their sessions. Additionally, they receive three mentoring sessions to learn the business side of the process.
